The location was fine for getting around. Transport was nearby, a plus.
The beds were not comfortable. I think that is a top priority for any hotel. There was a bathtub but no splash guard, so showering in it was pretty much impossible.

Awesome Location and Friendly Staff!

I found the location convenient. The reception staff (two gentlemen!) were helpful and paid attention to my needs! Upon my request, they switched my room to a quieter one facing the courtyard. I also received a complimentary body care set from the hotel, which I wasn't expecting!
This sometimes caused a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours.

The staff was always eager to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions. They arranged taxis promptly and ensured requests were addressed efficiently (especially the quick resolution of an issue with the room's temperature).

My room included sparkling white linens and towels. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The cleanliness extended to the bathroomwith fresh toiletries and well kept fixtures. I could not find any dust!
